- Is it possible to cancel my orders?
- Hi, thank you for messaging us. Yes, you may cancel your item a day after your order. We do give the customers a 24-hour span of time for canceling their orders since there are people who are quick to change minds. However, if 24 hours have passed or the items have been shipped and delivered, you cannot cancel the orders anymore.
- If I buy an item as a gift, can you deliver it to a different address or to the person I’ll be giving the present to?

Yes, we may ship and deliver the item to the person you will be sending it to, however, you must make sure to give us the current andcorrectaddress of the person you would like to give a gift to so we can avoid delivering it to wrong people.
